Sami Mangione is a multifaceted creative and systems expert who brings care and clarity to every project. For eight years, she served as Creative Director and lead performer of Phoenix Fire & Performance Art, where she shaped the company's artistic vision while also designing branding materials, managing behind-the-scenes systems, and cultivating client relationships.

Sami knows firsthand what it means to move from overwhelm and burnout to a more sustainable, systems-oriented way of working.

Today, she continues her artistic career as a dancer and choreographer alongside her work with Backstage VA. Her choreographer's brain allows her to hold the big picture while attending to the smallest details.
